Alex earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from North Central College in Naperville and her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University. During her clinical rotations, she gained broad experience treating orthopedic, pelvic health, vestibular, neurological, post-operative, and chronic pain populations across diverse clinical settings.

Alex has pursued continuing education in LGBTQ+ inclusive care. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and helping patients improve their movement, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys Pilates, running, lifting, and watching scary movies.
