Claire joined the Centre team in November 2021 and has over seven years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Claire has treated individuals across the life span, from pediatrics to geriatric patients with a variety of needs. Her knowledge in the field includes recovery from joint replacements, shoulder surgeries, work related injuries and a range of musculoskeletal injuries.
Over the last few years, Claire has developed a strong interest in treating women with pelvic dysfunction, including pelvic pain, urinary incontinence/urgency, pre/post-natal discomfort, organ prolapse, painful intercourse, and coccydynia. Claire uses the most recent evidence-based approach to help women of all ages with pelvic dysfunction heal and improve their quality of life. “Pelvic floor rehabilitation can be beneficial for all women, not just women who have carried children. “
As a healthcare practitioner, Claire wants women to know the integral role our pelvic floor plays in our daily routine. Claire takes pride in her ability to connect with her patients in the clinic which is a vital part of the recovery process.
Outside of the clinic, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, dancing, exercising and spending time in Michigan at her family’s summer home.
