Lauren joined Centre Physical Therapy in November 2024, bringing her expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and a passion for holistic patient-centered care. Originally from Houston, Texas, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston’s renowned Medical Center. Following PT school, she completed an orthopedic residency at Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine Institute, where she gained advanced training in differential diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

During her residency, Lauren discovered a love for teaching while instructing students in local PT programs. She also collaborated closely with University of Texas physicians specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, becoming an integral part of Memorial Hermann’s hip preservation program. Her research on hip conditions, particularly the Periacetabular Osteotomy (PAO) procedure, was presented at multiple conferences and symposiums across Texas.

Lauren has a special interest in treating post-operative and non-operative lower extremity injuries, ACL reconstruction recovery, temporomandibular (TMJ) disorders, and spinal conditions. She takes pride in creating individualized rehabilitation plans that empower her patients to regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily lives.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys exploring Chicago with her husband (who is also a physical therapist), spending time with her two adorable cats, rock climbing, golfing, practicing yoga, and weightlifting.
